As this year is winding down, your company should start analyzing what did and didn’t work in your marketing for 2014. That means you need to work harder on providing your customers with valuable content rather than trash on the internet. To do this, you may want to consider rewriting your website content to include more transparency and help for your customers. Another way to do it is through pay per call methods where someone else is writing all the information about your website and all you have to do is pay them for the leads that call in to find out more about your business. You may also want to consider keeping a blog on your site that shows customers you know more about your industry than just how to sell one product or service. It helps you gain trust with customers and is something that will show up to Google as valuable, searchable content.

Marketing in 2015 will mean you need to get more into the digital world than ever before, and online, everything connects to everything. Keep up your social media and stay on top of any online customer service you have available. If someone complains on your Facebook, be sure to address it as soon as possible to keep your customer happy.
